Is ChatPanda compliant with Meta's rules?
Yes. ChatPanda is built on Meta's official Instagram Messaging API. We only reply to conversations users start themselves and respect Instagram's 24-hour messaging window.
Will ChatPanda spam my followers or message strangers?
No. We never initiate conversations. Auto-DMs only fire when someone comments with your keyword on your post, and DM auto-replies only fire after a user messages you first.
What happens after the 24-hour messaging window expires?
Instagram blocks businesses from replying outside that window. ChatPanda flags expired conversations in the inbox so you don't accidentally try, and reopens replies the moment the user messages you again.
How long does setup take?
Around five minutes: create an account, connect your Instagram Professional account, pick a post, set a keyword and a DM. That's it.
Can I connect more than one Instagram account?

What's the difference between Free and Unlimited?
